The Board met for our regular meeting on January 4th, 2023 and will be meeting for two work sessions on the 9th and 23rd to plan our next pop-up market.
We discussed the successes and missteps of our December pop-up and confirmed a date and time for the next one. We celebrated that, for the first time in several years, we grew our bank account!
The current board is in agreeance that pop-up markets are the best direction for the Co-op to go in right now and have put the idea of a retail location on the backburner. Our goal is to bring our owners the highest quality food items that we can, at prices that are affordable while upholding our Mission and Core Values.
Our work sessions this month will be focused on planning the February pop-up to be the most successful it can possibly be! Let us know below what you think about pop-up markets!
